Discreetly situated along Serangoon Central Drive, this unassuming, decades-old, family-run laundry business has been my go-to for as long all my clothing and linen needs. You will find a friendly senior lady staff to explain the rates and services, sometimes with her children in attendance. The pandemic saw them pivot from the traditional 12-hour days to a semi-automated service. Over-the-counter service is now limited to 5 daylight hours from 9am to 2pm on weekdays and Saturday, you can still bag your laundry and use their drop service outside of these hours. Collection is equally convenient with their 24/7 QR-based locker system. Prices are competitive and you can opt for the standard 7-day or express 3-day service. Payment can be made either in cash or with PayNow. I have only ever had one grievance in over 20 years, something which they settled amicably, and that’s very good in my book.

My first time using a dry cleaning service. Read the good reviews here and wanted to give it a try. They only accepted cash but I didn't have enough then. The lady boss was so nice and allowed me to pay a 65% down payment. $8 for a large cardigan (fleece material) and $20 each for an overcoat (fleece with padding inside) and an overcoat with hood (a Vince Camuto down).

Lovely business owner that provides great and affordable services for your laundry. Tough stains and clothing mishaps are no issues with their outlets. Recommended.
