Ezy Wash n' Dry 24 hours coin laundry

I would like to commend the team at Ezy Wash n Dry for going above and beyond in their customer service! One of the washer was spoilt, but they were quick to respond to their hotline and guide me to resolve the issue. Furthermore, even after the issue was solved, they took care to follow up and even sent me photos of the fix to assure the customer that the problem was being looked at and fixed! For my troubles, the team also offered me a refund of the extra washing cost I had to fork out and threw in a free laundry bag for my next visit. It is not v often you will encounter a company that goes beyond for their customer, but this company is one of them. 10/10 recommend if you ever need to use laundromat service!

It is so convenience and clean place to do my whole trolley of laundry in less than 45 mins , while i am drinking of coffee in kopitiam. Open 24/7 meaning i can do there as and when i want. Spacious and also many seat avail . Detergent is included too. Finally my side have laundromat already!!

Love the experience there, place is clean n windy. While waiting for items to dry, i can enjoy the music too. Fantastic n cool place! Strongly recommend to try out!
