One of the biggest plus point of a 24hrs laundry, if the owner are responsible. EZ Wash laundry is having a great owner as his fast response help me in having my laundry done in time. For first time, the washing machine having an error and the door cannot open.Upon calling the hotline, he guided me and once confirm, nothing can be done on my side. He came down and assist while I'm out having breakfast and when I came back my clothes are clean and dry. So don't worry if u have any technical issue in this laundry, the owner response will be fast and stead.
The place is very convenient, with drink Despenser, baskets, clothes are well dried, but preferred if it's shoes are not allowed, and allowed to use own detergent,cause I wished the clothes are well smelled once out from the drier, my experience is all good and comfortable but my clothes didn't give any good softener smell... Thank you.
Customer service is so nice, I can’t find the way, i have to midnight call the staff, he told me how to get here? thanks.
