United Dental Surgery

Dr Chua is so nice (my loved ones always had a lifelong fear and distrust of dentists, and when I had asked them what they thought of the experience and Dr Chua, they was more than happy! All their anxieties went away [they speak very fondly of her haha]??). She was also so patient and clear in her explanations (especially to my mum!). Recently, my aunt came to the clinic due to a tooth ache and got Dr Chua, she told us she found the experience to be pleasant (and the niceness). One thing that we did note is that she and Dr Keith (who attended to me a few times) were not pushy with anything. I would 100% recommend UDS Dental to everyone, even more so if you know anyone that has a fear or distrust of dentists.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I’ve even got my parents and aunt to come here and they absolutely love this place. The dentists, dental assistants, and admins are all fantastic and lovely. I am so glad I have found this place, we’ve been coming here regularly ever since all of our first visits last year.

My grandmother would very much like me to add that after her appointment with Dr Chua, she is elated to go back. Her appointment was painless and smooth, everything went well. Also, that she’s recommended this place (and Dr Chua!) to another one of my aunts.

Doing my braces at UDS now. Honestly the process is smoother than I thought it would be. Dentist is chill, explains everything properly, no confusing. But the main reason I give 5 stars — no hard selling at all. They just tell you what you need and leave it at that. Really appreciate that. Would recommend. - WT Reply

After reading so many reviews, I decided to try UDS Dental for my scaling and polishing. Honestly, I was a bit nervous at first lah, but DrChua was super patient and explained every step. The clinic itself is very clean and modern, no scary dentist smell like those old school ones. Booking was easy online, and they actually sent reminders. Tbh I always kinda scared of dentist one. But UDS got recommended by my colleague so I just went. The doctor very steady, no nonsense, just do the work properly. Price also reasonable, they explain before charging, not like some places where you kena shock after. Clinic environment solid, staff friendly. Will go back. - JY Reply

Very patient and family-friendly dental clinic in Yishun.My son was very nervous and scared at first, but the dentist was really gentle and patient with him. Never rush, just slowly talked to him until he felt comfortable. By the end, he was totally okay already. I also brought my husband here after that and he had a good experience too. Waiting time is reasonable and the counter staff are friendly. UDS Dental is now our regular family dental clinic. Definitely recommend, especially for families with young kids. - JV Reply
