Just wanted to leave a review for Dr Cao Shuo who did my wisdom tooth extraction. He was very kind and patient in explaining the procedure and answering my questions. During the procedure, he constantly checked in on how I was feeling and let me know what to expect next. That really helped make the whole experience less intimidating. He was very encouraging and efficient as well; the entire process was over before I knew it. Thanks Dr Cao, it was a pleasure to meet you.

Dr. Chao is very charming, caring, and knowledgeable. He shares his expertise with enthusiasm, and I can feel his passion for his work. He reminds me of the old-time kampong doctors who interact with patients. He gives advice and consistently reminds you how to protect your teeth and gums. Thanks to his care, my gum health has improved significantly.

I have been a patient for many years, the daunting time arrived to face a root canal 2 hour operation which we all fear. Doctor Benjamin at the medical centre in Farrer park was wonderful, put me at ease, explained the process and every step as it arrived. I knew I was in specialised hands. Nothing but praise1 From the moment I entered the clinic, I was cheerfully, warmly greeted by reception. The caring nurse came out quickly to escort me into the room. Happy to provide my feedback below: 1) Emergency Filling Repair On 11 July at around 8:15 pm, shortly after dinner and while flossing my teeth, my metal filling unexpectedly came off. I tried contacting several dental clinics but was unable to get through. As a last resort, I went to the Q&M Dental Clinic at Bishan shortly before closing time. Thankfully, the staff were very helpful and managed to arrange for me to be seen by Dr. Cao Shuo. Despite it being close to closing time, Dr. Cao attended to me promptly and restored the affected tooth. What started as a stressful evening ended on a positive note. Dr. Cao was friendly, reassuring, and professional, and I am grateful for the timely treatment and support provided by both him and the clinic staff. 2) Wisdom Tooth Extraction A few days later, on 15 July, I returned to see Dr. Cao Shuo for a wisdom tooth extraction after food became trapped around the tooth, causing pain and discomfort. I was naturally quite nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Cao explained everything clearly and put me at ease. The extraction, including the placement of stitches, was completed in about 15 minutes and was much smoother than I had expected. Recovery has been good so far, with minimal discomfort.
