Friends Dental Surgeons

Had a very pleasant experience overall. All staff/nurses are very accommodating/friendly, they always send reminders about your appointments. They also check on you after the treatment is done if you’re ok or not. Dr. Ong is also very nice, he explained everything in detail about the state of each of your tooth. For a dentist, his hands are very light (doesn’t feel heavy when doing the procedure unlike other dentist, feels like you’re gonna fall from the dentist chair). Dr Ng who did the surgery is also good, didn’t know that the procedure is already done.

The entire team including the front desk, nurses and doctor impressed me on my first visit. They are professional and serve with care. I managed to complete my scan and routine cleaning within an hour plus (including the registration, initial assessment/scans, queue) and yet I don’t feel rushed. I’m looking forward to future routine dental checkups at Friends.

I always come back here haha! Great Drs and nurses. Waiting time is reasonable and they always make sure to call in and check on you post appointment. Which is a really nice gesture.
