Casa Dental Bukit Batok

I recently had an amazing experience with Dr. Jennifer Hoang at Bukit Batok and her assistant. They were both incredibly professional and warm. Dr. Jennifer was exceptional at calming me down, guiding me through every process, and talking me through each step. Even though the drill was very loud and scary, she gave me warnings, checked in with me frequently, and paid close attention to my facial expressions and body language to ensure I was doing all right. Thank you, Dr. Jennifer! You are my breakthrough doctor! I couldn't have done it without you. Your encouragement and praise made me feel like I did well, and you truly made me feel at home.

For someone who is afraid for a dental appointment. This is hands down the best dental clinic i have ever been to. Dr Kalie clean my teeth and explains what she will be doing every step of the way to make sure i have a pleasant dental clean up journey. Haha and yes everyone is so friendly and respectful. Will definitely be coming again for my next 6 month’s appointment! Thank you.

My regular dental place. Friendly receptionist and professional dentist. They take good care of their patients. They even give me free travel toothpaste which i do not experience giving free items from any other dental places. Appreciated it.

I visited Casa Dental Clinic in Bukit Batok Branch due to swell and pain developed from my infectious gum on 24th March 2024. I chose this clinic from the insurance policy I purchased and this was my first visit as a walk-in patient. From the moment I stepped in, I was served and helped by the receptionist and then attended by Dr Jennifer Hoang. Overall, I was impressed by the vicinity and the x-ray equipment she used to treat me with tender care. She showed her patience in explaining to me my case and then treated accordingly. I have been to many other dental clinic but without doubt, this visit has been. Impressive which rendered me to write this review. I will certainly patronise this clinic and look for Dr Jennifer on my subsequent appointments. I also encourage others to come patronise Casa Dental whenever needed - GT
