My first time going to Alpha Dental at Cecil Street as I work close by. Great service and Dr Clarissa Tan was very good and thorough for the scaling & polishing. Would have been nicer to actually have Dr Tan speak to me when the cleaning was all done…so that I could say thank you and she could highlight anything more…but she walked out while the staff were inserting the teeth protection gel into my mouth, and hence there was no chance for that. The Dental nurse and counter staff were really friendly and efficient.
Doctor Claire and Ella is very nice, friendly and the cleansing process is painless. And there is whitening treatment. I am under parkway Shenton corporate plan so I can go cashless under my company plan . Please check your company coverage before going.
Did my braces here and had a very pleasant experience. Dr Tan is very patient, skilled and clear in his explanations. Staff are very nice and friendly too. Definitely would recommend.
