Evangels Dance

It's been a game changer ever since training with Evangelyn! Have been trying to self train my splits for over a year now and seen limited progress. It's four months in with the Adult Stretch class and I feel a lot more confident with my front splits and actually feel comfortable in that position, pain free. There are always new mobility and flexibility exercises to learn. I always look forward to the classes.

Have been training under Evangelyn for over a year and my flexibility has improved greatly! I’m not naturally flexible and learning splits and backbends as an adult is tough. But Evangelyn has been patient and supportive. Her classes are fun and the positive atmosphere keeps me motivated. I look forward to class every week! Highly recommend.
