Super lousy service!!! Parcel did not deliver on time. Delay for a week still no sign of my parcel. MISSING OR LOST!!! It supposed to collect and delivery the next day!!! No sense of responsibility. Keep giving excuses that the parcel is on the way. None of the customer service officers bother to keep track and monitor it. Very upset of their service, can't even locate the driver movement.
