The delivery man was an elderly malay man. He was kind and handle my parcel with care. Since the items inside weren't damage at all and the outer appearance of the box is as good as new.
My parcel was delivered earlier than I expected it. After read the reviews here I was afraid too, but they delivered it when I wasn't at home they sent me sms to reschedule or redirect and I did redirect it yesterday and received it today morning. So, don't get anxious with what written on this reviews they really do great job.
The customer service was amazing. They responded right away and were able to track the parcel easy.
