Friendly staff and was empty when i went. Place can be hard to find. If you are driving, look for Lift Lobby B in the basement carpark. Take the lift to level 2 and follow all the signs posted.
Service staffs were always polite and professional during each visit. I also enjoy the hot beverages if I need to wait out. The only down side is having to wait outside, Air is so stale and very warm. Consider put an industrial standing fan to take care of your waiting customer.
Very responsive , friendly , helpful. Overall they have excellent service. Highly recommended to anyone.
