This is my second visit to DHL Tai Seng branch. I need to send important documents to Jakarta and Ms Kayleen guided me. She is very helpful and friendly. DHL is the best! My first shipment arrived at Jakarta the very next day! Thank you DHL!
Yvonne and Kayleen is super friendly and helpful. Yvonne is very patient, warm and kind to assist me with all my queries and Kayleen was helpful to wrap my oversized parcel . I had a wonderful experience dealing with this two friendly lady .
Process was seamless and Yvonne helped me so much!!! Offered me tissue and coffee, a seat, and made sure I took a breath before jumping into the shipment. It was raining so hard outside and she made sure i was comfortable.
