I've been going to WINGS for some time now and its been a really pleasant and fulfilling experience; although they have very few full-time admin staff which could explain the long waiting periods- just give them a poke if you've been waiting too long for your liking but after you're processed and assigned a counsellor, they usually are very committed therapists who check in on you frequently. Their therapists are compassionate, gentle and very professional while still understanding your needs.

Their counsellors adopt a holistic approach to meet the needs of their clients, their community services include conducting talks, workshops and home visits.
