Chris has helped a lot in helping with my mental health , before I had bad anxiety and depression but after my sessions I felt a lot more confident and relaxed with myself in just a short amount of time . It was definitely a worthwhile experience.

Chris is extremely professional and after attending his sessions, I felt like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Chris helps his clients to get to the root of their issue and works on them. The safe environment Chris creates allowed me to express my issues to him comfortably. He goes above and beyond to help his clients with their issues, something that I did not expect out of a therapist. I started the program feeling depressed, but I truthfully say that I am happy now.

I had a good session with Chris. He is patient and understanding. He had a good knowledge of the problem that I am facing.
