I've been with Ruchira Raj for nearly 7 months now and have had a lovely experience with her so far. She creates a safe, non-judgemental space for her clients to voice their troubles and does a brilliant job of navigating them through their journey of self-improvement and healing. I especially love that she's gentle yet not afraid to challenge me! In my time with her, I've discovered areas of my life that are connected which I hadn't noticed before - and am excited to continue working on myself with her guidance. Finding a therapist whom one aligns with is often a trial-and-error process for many, and I feel so fortunate that I lucked out with Ruchira on my first try ?? I also must commend that the InContact team has efficient processes in place, right from client outreach, to booking appointments, to making payments.

My fiance and I came across Incontact Counselling while researching for a pre-marital counselling course. We signed up for the 3 hour course with Steven, who was responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We were both nervous and excited as we didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised by how Steven managed to make us feel comfortable from the get go. He covered several important topics (such as healthy conflict resolution, prioritising the r/s, potential issues to look out for etc.) and it was extremely educational for us! Loads to muse on after the session. Would definitely recommend to any other couples thinking about settling down.

Great service. Would recommend to anyone needing sympathetic, flexible and a final support. Fiona is pragmatic, kind but also direct in getting to the issues at heart.
