Jony was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He was very patient with all my enquiries and i changed my entire keyboard with them. He did his best to get my laptop ready as soon as possible because he knew I needed it. His WhatsApp replies were fast too! Sent my Nitro 5 for repair due to the hinge breaking off. Same day repair is crazy, I thought it would take weeks but Mr Johnny helped me out and within 3-4 hours. Excellent customer service and workmanship too.
