My ASUS laptop is 3 years old. A month ago it ran into a few system issues after windows update, causing it to crash & hang and auto reboot a few times. Fortunately I chanced upon the Bukit Timah outlet, very convenient. I did not know the shop is nearby without having me to travel to town. I explained to Mahroof about my laptop issues and he managed to get the job done within 24 hours. Service include data recovery/backup & SSD upgrade. Professional job and minimum downtime required! Impressed! Other shops will require at least a few working days and diagnostic which I could not afford the waiting time. I have also gotten my laptop upgraded with a good SSD. Now my laptop is very responsive and smooth running.
