truly exceptional. i came in expecting the worst for my motherboard but the team managed to repair it efficiently and effectively. everything was communicated clearly upfront, and it gave me such a strong sense of trust that i didn’t even feel the need to go around comparing quotes first, i just wanted my laptop to be handled by a team i can trust. was attended to by Ivan both at drop-off and pick-up; and he was friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable, and thorough in every explanation. was quoted an estimated 3–5 working days, but the repair was completed in just 4 (which is actually considered quite fast for motherboard repairs imho). super reliable, transparent, and technically excellent service!

My dell laptop was bricked but they managed to fix the motherboard. Service is friendly and professional. I will definitely go again for other computer troubles
