truly exceptional. i came in expecting the worst for my motherboard but the team managed to repair it efficiently and effectively. everything was communicated clearly upfront, and it gave me such a strong sense of trust that i didn’t even feel the need to go around comparing quotes first, i just wanted my laptop to be handled by a team i can trust. was attended to by Ivan both at drop-off and pick-up; and he was friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable, and thorough in every explanation. was quoted an estimated 3–5 working days, but the repair was completed in just 4 (which is actually considered quite fast for motherboard repairs imho). super reliable, transparent, and technically excellent service!

If you're looking for a fuss-free place with incredibly professional service, then this is the place to trust your wonky devices with! I got my old macbook air battery replaced in just under two hours, and it is now as good as new :) Thanks again for the excellent advice and service!
