Well done Uniqlo at Sengkang Grand mall!!!! Thank you very much for being INCLUSIVE!!!!. Yes, today we visited the Uniqlo store at the new Sengkang Grand mall and was pleased to note that they have an exclusive trial room for differently abled individuals with a broad cushion sofa and also two wall mounted hand rails. So very thoughtful of them to come up with such an inclusive idea . We wish all the stores in Singapore come up with this to show that everyone is part of the inclusive society!!!!

Nice and spacious. Fast transactions at the counters even with long queue due to the number of people there, the queue is always moving. Customer service seems lacking here and there with staff just going through the motions, more notably during busy periods.

They do have a wide range of clothes to choose from. A place where i can get nice clothing for my kids. Their self checkout is very easy to use compare to the other retailers.
