While the products across all Uniqlo outlets may be largely the same, the service provided at the Parkway outlet is a huge stand out in the sea of retail experiences in Singapore. I recently purchased a M-sized stretch ankle pants, removed the tags and realized it was actually an L with the internal sizing label wrongly represented as well. When I returned the item to the store, the staff and manager assisted me with an exchange without judgment. The service and warmth I received was exceptional. Thank you team and keep up the amazing work.

We had some trouble using a gift voucher in the Uniqlo app yesterday, and Lincoln who was at the click&collect counter sorted it out for us right away even though it inconvenienced him and his colleagues during a busy period. I really appreciated the kindness and service with a smile.
