I usually review on food, but today this Sales Assistant that serve me deserves a compliment. This Sales lady with a Thai accent, do not follow you around giving you space to shop and yet very attentive to my needs. She's ever ready to assist when you show signs of needing help or has a question, offer to take my clothes to the fitting room, and offer alternative when don't have the colour I wanted. Unlike some shops, she don't make you feel pressurised to buy just sincerely there to help you. It's been a long time since I come across anyone with this service attitude. Maybe this is SuperDry service direction or it is this lady's initiative, whatever it is keep it up.

There was a size different in fitting and went back to do exchange the next day. Grace was very efficient and helpful in attending although she was busy. I believe they have their own individual sale to hit. In order to show my appreciation. I went back to support her with a small “sale” amount purchased. Great job to Grace & team at Vivo city outlet!

Place is nice & cosy. No pushy sales person here. Only polite & helpful staff. 2nd items now all 40% off across the store. Apparels are of gd quality. Best!
