I'm a regular customer with this outlet. Generally, the female sales executives are pretty experienced and good with recommendations. Recently, a sales executive Miss Choong Mei Kei recommended me a pair of pants, and unknowingly I ended buying one (and even exchanged another pair of pants I bought for the one she recommended, but in a different color)! So now I bought two of the same pants in different colours. She is a really good saleswoman and provided good recommendations in terms of comfort and fit. Very good customer service, not pushy but attentive! Keep up the good work.
Went to Hougang Mall iORA on 4th January 2025. Spoke with Edwin (he seems like the incharge of this outlet) regarding a long pants I bought from Jurong East Jem iORA. Edwin was very helpful, he offers alternative solutions. Although there is hiccups, but I am very happy with the outcomes. Thanks to Edwin and his team for the good services! I will continue to support them.
Brillant store usually as what you are looking for at reasonable prices.
Nice service. And I love to shop at iora. It is affordable and nice. I love to go center point branch too.
