Ryan very helpful to assist me to find my size when I mention I saw from online. He approach manager Aurelia and both went to find my shoe. During payment I forgot to mention I using 15% discount Aurelia do the refund. Then she realise there is another charge item which not belong to me . She refund again. Good customer service thank you.
