Was at the Jem outlet. Saw a top at 20% discount and decided to buy it. I wanted to pay using my mall evoucher. But couldn't figure how to redeem it using my app. The counter staff was very patiently helping me despite a small queue starting. She even told me not to waste it when i offered to pay using my card instead. Service was excellent from the fitting room to the cashier's!

Went there to get a smart fitting long sleeve shirt. Was treated well with a great service. The staff there introduced great discounts and were efficient and patient at the same time. The in-store staffs to compliment were: Joel and Hairil. Thanks for the great service!

Really nice staff and good service. Came into the store quite late (near their closing time), and was given a suite of comprehensive suggestions and ideas. Much appreciated!
