Affordable clothing, helpful staff (Malay lady tried to help me find the design I wanted that I saw in the Chinatown outlet). Nice designs for men, women and children. Comfortable material for the tropics.

You can find some good deals here but the staff manning the shop is very rude and has no manners. Staff will start vacuuming around 8:30pm, will ask you to move away and shoo you off with their hands to ask you to get out of their way. So terrible, no sense of customer service at all. Shop is very small and customers are still around browsing the clothes but all they care is to complete cleaning duty and go home. Op hours supposed be until 9pm but most of the time shutter pulled up before 9pm. Hope management can look into this and equip the staff with proper customer service training. Can also manage the cleaning time better may be after shop is closed. I experienced this few times already, I thought only the female staff is like this but the male staff also the same, so terrible, make our shopping experience so unpleasant and unhappy.
