Love this shop! You will get a lot of vouchers from the moment you sign up. They have a lot of promotions as well, just make sure you check the in-store versus online prices as it differs sometimes and you'll get better deals if you know how to get extra vouchers like free delivery or you have a store near you for collection.

This rating was supposed to go to Typo but Google doesn't prompt it. The lady was running the store alone and did a fantastic job. Got my Purchase with Purchase Light box @ $5 and she ensured I got all other things accordingly too. Thanks, Typo!

I went to Clementi outlet yesterday to change some items that I’ve bought online. A staff by the name Caster told me that Clementi outlet does not carry Cotton On Body. I was kind of disappointed that I will have to make a trip to Plaza Sg or Vivocity or Somerset especially this time when we are in Phase 2 HA due to Covid 19. Caster was friendly and very helpful, she offered to help me by first checking if there’s stock available and thereafter she arrange delivery for replacement items to be sent to me. I couldn’t thank her enough for her great help. She is the friendliest and most helpful staff of all Cotton On outlets that I’ve ever met. Her customer service is excellent Keep it up Caster.
