Was serviced by Habid, BK, CH from OCD cleaning today. Am very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The trio did not skim on any areas, they wipe, mop and vacuum every place possible and helped to coat my vinyl floorings with a matte finish (complementary). For all my carpentries, walls and door frame, they wipe down and spray with a nice finish so it doesn’t smell like formaldehyde. Overall I am very impressed and happy with the work done. Will gladly engage them again for cleaning in the future.

OCD was referred and I m glad I have invested in their post renovation deep cleaning services. Ah Ming and Yamin are the amazing duo swat team, very thorough and professional, turning over a sparkling house after a whopping 8 hrs of cleaning and polishing. Great folks! Special call out on the removal of paint in the vinyl floor grooves before the coating. Forgot to snap their photos while hard at work highly recommend OCD.

ML and KM were very thorough with the cleaning of my resale condo which had undergone a gut renovation lasting 3 months. This was the second time I had called OCD back for post-reno deep cleaning and third time using their service (upholstery cleaning was the other service I availed myself of). I would not hesitate to use OCD again or recommend others to use them.

[R-1][NG] Avoid this company at all cost! Don’t get fooled by the positive comments and pictures. I texted them as I saw some good reviews on Google and thought they can assist and provide a great cleaning service. Apparently not. They offered me 2 cleaners for 4hrs cleaning of my 4rm HDB flat. I didn’t question them initially as I thought they are a professional cleaning company so maybe their cleaners are well trained or their equipments/solutions are better than normal? I told them I just need a general cleaning. I don’t need a deep cleaning. To my surprise, 1 of the cleaner told me that my master bedroom windows and kitchen toilet were cleaned. I went to check, it was not even clean at all! the pipes in the toilet are still dusty where I told the admin to inform the cleaners to focus on 2 toilets. There are scraps found at the sliding area of the window. These are not stubborn stains. Its scraps and dust which can be cleaned easily. When I text the admin, the admin mentioned “oh the cleaners maybe forgot to clean” What?? I mentioned to focus on the toilets more and the admin can tell me that the cleaners forgot to clean?? Window sliding area as well. After I texted her, then she inform the cleaners to look into it again? This is the standard of a PROFESSIONAL cleaning company? Amazing. Also, cleaners took down my toilet sliding door for cleaning but ultimately, it was left aside and not cleaned. Worse, didn’t even install back for me. The most stunning thing was - Cleaners mentioned that 4hrs is up and they could not finish the cleaning and they have to go to somewhere else. My small bedroom and living room was left uncleaned. floor was vacuumed but not mop. How PROFESSIONAL is this company. To clarify, general cleaning does not mean NO NEED to clean. It simply means no need to be so detailed. I texted the admin. The stunning reply I gotten was “We already told you the cleaners will do their best to clean your house and because your house is too dirty. Therefore, 4hrs is not enough.” What??? Admin also mentioned “The cleaners reached your house and saw the condition and immediately took pictures to inform us that the job can’t be done in 4hrs as it is too dirty.” Best part, the admin got the cheek to tell me that I didn’t send them pictures/videos of my house condition previously. They will allocate more manpower should they know that the condition was that bad. What???? If it is not dirty, what is the point of me hiring a cleaning company to clean my house? They are expecting to clean an old unit which is less than 5yrs where there are not much dust accumulated? I would like to mention a few points here. As an experienced professional cleaning company: 1. Shouldn’t you be proactive to request for pictures/videos of the house or other info which you need to advise me accordingly before sending me a quotation? 2. The cleaners can forgot to clean the area where they were told to focus more? Scraps were super obvious at the window sliding area, the cleaners did not spot it? 3. Cleaners need to be told that the areas I mentioned were not cleaned then they re-looked into those areas? 4. Cleaners can uninstall the toilet sliding doors for cleaning but put them aside uncleaned and did not install them back? 5. Instead of offering another schedule for a touch up, admin just simply end the message. Didn’t pick up the call as well when I phoned. With the above mentioned, I would like to understand - Is this the standard that a experienced professional cleaning company upholds? Lastly, I seriously urge others NOT to approach this company. Not sure about other cleaning companies but definitely not OCD CLEANING PTE LTD. Rather save the money than to approach them. Extremely irresponsible and poor service from the admin as well.
