Absolutely love getting my back adjusted by Dr Jesse I’ve been getting some stiff back from sitting too long (with work from home and sometimes i’ll lose track of how long i’ve been sitting for). No amount of TCM was able to solve it but he always manages to get rid of my back stiffness in just a single session! You’re a god sent, Dr Jess! Thank you.

Elaine first made sure to understand my injury and medical history. Thereafter, she recommended a few exercises which she patiently demonstrated and supervised as I did them to ensure my posture was correct. The exercises were spot on for my condition (PCL tear) and ensured my rehabilitation. Recommended.
