One Spine Chiropractic

I have been a long term sufferer of tight shoulders and stiff neck. This is a common problem due to my profession as a dentist. By chance, I stumbled upon One Spine Chiropractor. Dr Anthony attended to me and really helped me a lot. Treatments were painless and simple but very targeted at problem areas. Just a couple of weeks of treatment and I notice my range of motion improving with better posture as well. I like how he also focuses on simple physiotherapy exercises that is beneficial to improving and maintaining posture and joint health

I have been suffering from headaches, stiff neck and shoulder aches due to the long hours of sitting in front of my laptop and staring down at my phone. I will frequently stretch or “crack” my neck to relieve the tension for a moment. But now thanks to Dr Anthony who customised a treatment plan which helped improve my condition, in addition to giving me homework to improve my posture. I enjoy going for my chiropractic session due to the comfortable environment and professional service.

Dr. Anthony treats me for neck, shoulder and lower back pain. He always asks me about my upcoming activities and tailors my treatments accordingly. This customized approach works very well for me as I lead a rather extreme lifestyle consisting either prolonged periods of studying, gaming or intensive sporting activities.
