Regularly I have been visiting the ARC outlet’s Chiropractic First. The team is very friendly and professional. Dr Hampus is very caring and always ready to hear me out and provide advice, regular reviews so that I can lead a better life with no pain and can sleep well. There are 3 stages and after 1st stage, I can feel the results and difference and I definitely now feel better than before. Highly recommended this Chiropractic First outlet for anybody who is seeking their services.

Chiropractic care is important for health and Dr Hampus has been careful and detail. And his staffs are attentive to patients and helpful. I learnt a lot from its educational videos as well. I wish that I could bring back the videos to educate my family and friends about Chiropractic Care. Highly recommended.

Dr Hampus, from Chiropractic First @ ARC, explained in details how chiropractic treatment will help to align my spine. That gives me hope that I may be able to overcome my spine deficit. I had thought that results will take some time but within a month my ache is gone and I find myself able to lift heavier weights with no after training soreness like before.
