vivo Service Centre - International Plaza

I bought a Vivo X100 Pro in Malaysia and accidentally dropped and damaged the screen. I was quoted $198 from Mister Mobile Sg but need to wait 2 to 3 weeks and also the screen is not original and its Grade A screen. So I tried my luck and came down International Plaza Vivo Service Centre to enquire. Luckily I came down, because the original screen is $259 and they got it repaired in 1hr. According to the staff here, if we buy international set like from Shopee, they may not have the parts to repair it. Whereas for Malaysia set, they will honour the warranty as long as its software issue or hardware issue that do not need parts change. If parts change is needed, just pay the parts cost. I am glad for the good service at Vivo Service Centre.

My Hp LCD was cracked after i accidentally dropped it while trying to pull my baby blanket. I purchased my vivo hp in dec 2024. At the same month,i quickly rushed to vivo service centre. Im very happy and safisfied with the professional,reliable,skillful staffs that attended me on 20 Dec 2024 at 5pm. They able to resolve my problem regards to the hp in an hr plus time.

Very impressed with the level of customer service. Prompt and great service. I forgot to get the name of the service staff, but he even changed a new screen for my phone after solving my earphone jack problem. I will buy another vivo phone next time again, because the warranty/after-care service is excellent! Keep up the great work and thank you.
