text them to change my Lenovo tab Y700 battery, told me stock is in before going down to shop. Went down to shop to change, after waiting for 1hr+, went back to collect then tell me got issue cannot collect today, need to come down tomorrow again to collect. Wasted an hr+ waiting and made a double trip, ok nvr mind... Whats worst is the battery that they have changed is lousy and of low quality, just 1mth+ of using, battery already discharging very quickly, when i was using my original battery, can easily last 3-4 days per charge, after changing to their new battery, can only last me 1 day or less. And this is only 1.5mths after changing to the NEW battery, total waste of my time and money. Wouldn't recommend. Meanwhile shop have reached out to me to offer me a free battery replacement, but need to order and wait for maybe 1 month for arrival, will update review again. - KJ Reply
