Took my iphone for battery issue. Phone was more than 2.5 years old but agreed with apple for a free battery replacement due to battery fault. The staff in QCD Wheelock were fabulous. One person Veani was very helpful who attended me. She decided to change it for me for a new refurbished phone. Any day I will go back there.
Most of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. More efficient than Apple geniuses at the Singapore Apple store. Just don’t go at their peak hours to avoid the long queues.
Service was good and staff were friendly. Repair was done well and very swiftly. Staff were responsive on email too. Overall a great experience.
