Tasha was incredible. New her work and was patient. The government has put many checks in place to ensure that scamming is lowered and she slowly loaded all necessary documents. 6ou will need your IC and bill from the other telco if porting. Letter of authorisation and physical IC if getting SIM for someone else.

Fantastic customer service by Tasha whom assisted us with a Simba issue as our line was suspended due to some issues. Well recommended.
