It was great! Firstly, they were very professional looking, all wearing the same shirt branded with Mr Mobile. They seemed very helpful and efficient with all the customers. Not many in line, but a constant stream of customers. I didn’t have to wait long, maybe 5 minutes. Great appointment system! They replaced my laptop battery in two hours as promised. No hassle, no extra, no stories. It’s been a week, have a 30 day warranty. So far so good. Thanks again.
