Mister Mobile City Plaza

Great repair experience at Mister Mobile City Plaza branch. Was trying to repair a Google Pixel 7A with a bloated battery. Came over after the staff at the Hougang branch helped to check that City Plaza had the stocks for the required replacement battery for Pixel 7A. The repair was completed within an hour. Customer service was excellent. Explanations were clear on what to expect after the repair and on what could or could not be done, ie, phone casing might still show a gap as the plastic may have been affected by the bloated battery. It also demonstrated the experience that they have had. Existing scratches/defects on the phone was carefully noted down to avoid misunderstandings. When the repair was completed, everything worked well.

The process was seamless from booking appointment, and getting a price for replacing battery for my iPhone X. Staff were friendly and clear in the repair process. Waiting time was accurate: 1 hour. What I am most assured of is their integrity. I am very sure my data on my phone are safe with them during the repair.
