Darren is the best! He turned around a whole 8 inch cake with birthday greetings within an hour on a busy Sunday afternoon! We had guests and found out we had a birthday girl amongst them and I could only think of to call on Darren’s responsiveness and turnaround eagerness to accomplish this and my hunch proved to be right. The strawberry mango cake was a hit, very fresh and tender sponging inside and melts with each bite. It wasn’t heavy and most guests had 2 slices each. It was cake on cloud if I could use this to describe its texture.

First time ordering a birthday cake off Olson and it wouldn’t be my last. Appearance wise it’s seemingly deceptive as it isn’t decorative but don’t be fooled by its clean appearance. The external Fudge was sturdy firm and thick and holds its shape well and insides are a nice contrast where the sponge filling is moist and soft on the palate. The chef has adequately balanced and blended both textures, culminating each decadent bite to a dense and meaningful experience. If u have a birthday cake required, give Olson a try u wouldn’t be disappointed.

I ordered a cake from Taiwan for my birthday person in Singapore. I used IG to inquire about two famous local cake shops, but one of them ignored me. Only Olsen took the trouble to answer my questions time and time again and delivered fresh cakes on time. This was a good purchasing experience. The cakes were delicious and the service was very good. Thank you Olsen.
