Bread Garden Woodlands Mart

This neighborhood bakery might look ordinary & nondescript on the outside. Upon entering, there was hardly enough space for more than 2 or 3 persons to move around with ease. Having said that, I have patronized the Woodlands Mart outlet a couple of times & find the short-haired auntie behind the counter quite gentle & very polite. A few days ago, I visited again as i wanted to order a birthday cake. I flipped through 3 photo albums, asked several Qs & decided that i needed more time to compare the various options. There was no cold shoulder or sour face as i exited the shop. The auntie thanked me politely when i told her i needed more time to consider. Just to share, the sour face &/or cold shoulder is not uncommon in another shop just few units away which i have stepped into, asked Qs & not bought anything. It is a matter of attitude & customer service mindset where a little patience goes a long way.

I have been ordering Bread Garden CNY goodies - pineapple tarts and macdamia cookies for the past 5 years. I have product tested and to me as this is subjective - they came up tops.

The Chinese aunt and Indian girl staffs are very courteous and friendly. Kudo to both of them. Good job! Keep it up.
