Baker's Brew

I highly recommend taking the full day Sourdough & Artisan Bread class. Claire is a fantastic instructor, and the course materials are laid out so well; very in depth and organized. The class definitely takes up the full day, but it is well worth the time and money. I feel so confident in my bread making abilities after today. Claire does a great job demonstrating each technique and then giving class participants time to practice and do the techniques on their own. It was a very hands on class which I enjoyed. She even made sure we had amble time to ask all of our questions, and made sure to answer them all thoroughly. I can't wait to take more classes at Baker's Brew. Great job Claire.

I enjoyed the session with Meng Hui & Jing! It was my first baking class ever, and I learnt many useful tips during the session. The instructors were very patient and approachable, which made the learning fun and engaging. Highly recommend.

Attended the cinnamon roll class with Instructor Menghui! She is very well versed and detailed in explaining the steps which makes it easy to follow. Would come again.
