Surprisingly good gelato and waffles! We had the salted caramel and dark chocolate (+$1) flavours. The salted caramel was smooth and just the right amount of salty. The dark chocolate was a bit too sweet for my liking. Waffle was pretty light and not too cakey, soaked up the ice cream very well. Will return!

Very satisfied with the foods and ambience. Pasta is totally amazing... I try mushroom pasta with bacon, good combi. Ice cream must try for me: D24 Durian, Earl Grey Lavender, oolong osmanthus, double choco with their charcoal or bananas waffles. You will be back for more.

Carrara has two branches. One in Toa Payoh and this one in Jalan Bukit Merah (Between ABC food center and Alexandra Central Mall). Surprisingly, this dessert stall is pretty popular and crowded with the young, and young at heart. We had to seat outside the establishment due to space constraint and tried the delicious ice cream on waffle with banana slices. Recommended if you have a sweet tooth!
