One of my favorite cafes! The foods are nice and reasonably priced. The pulled pork egg benedict is definitely a must try! Love their salted caramel latte, hit the sweet spot.
Everything’s excellent here. Price point is reasonable with very big portion! Mains are all under $20. Coffee is good too. It’s at Galaxis, One North. Had my brunch there this morning.
Crab cake and chicken wings were fresh. They could easily have used frozen, but i don't think so. The bacon bits in the pecans from my mango salad was genius. Service was great too, the waiter came to check on us more than once.

CAFE MELBA REVIEWS
Great family spot with modern but also '50s-inspired decor (big bubble lamps overhead and some hexagon tiling on a feature wall). It's a great space which feels roomy but still casual and approachable.
Environment is conducive and comfortable even during lunch hour. This place served western style delicacies such as fish and chip, steak or set lunch to meet the needs of workers working nearby. A recommended place to visit if you want delicious and valued meals here.
Food was amazing and staff was very friendly. All the ingredients were very fresh ... The roesti was really nice and crispy, though a little more mozzarella cheese would make this even more amazing (just a personal preference).

Scrumptious, warm and hearty meal. Quiet place to be in the weekend without the hustle and bustle. Tea (Bohemian Rhapsody) was aromatic and mild. Just nice serving. Hearty Breakfast Platter with sous-side egg is a BIG breakfast. Well done. Eggs Florentine with Pan-seared Salmon is delightful.
Big breakfast is extremely tasty and made up of good quality material. Very worth the price. The portion is very big and can probably feed two person with smaller appetite. Also tried the spicy crab spaghetti, not too spicy and very unique taste. Strongly recommended.
Dutch Colony is my favourite coffee spot in the area - their lattes are very well balanced. I often go for lunch/breakfast and I quite like the salmon scrambled eggs.
