Eugene was super friendly and responsive. We wanted to rent a yacht and had many questions regarding different yachts. Eugene patiently answered all and gave great suggestions and comments. There was a week of going back and forth with Eugene on choosing the right and available yacht and many detailed follow up questions. I really appreciate his timely response especially given the short time I gave him. Eugene helped me contacting the charter and all the information needed to get MPA approval due to Covid measure. Great customer service by Eugene. I had a pleasant experience with Eugene. Regarding the yacht, the crew members were friendly and we were surprised by their service as well. My friends commented as well and said whenever you need something, you will see crew members asking you for any assistance. I would recommend The Yacht Club for their own great customer device and the ability to choose a great charter partner.

Had an intimate ceremony on Sardinia yacht for our Solemnisation. Eugene was extremely helpful in helping with the end to end process in terms of recommending the right yacht depending on our requirements to helping us coordinate on the day itself. We are really thankful that we got to celebrate our special day with the Yacht Club.
