Patronised coslab @ BPP for facial for years and I’ve always loved their service! They are thorough and my face always feels clean and fresh when I leave the place. Did a last min booking for facial and staff was accommodating to squeeze me in. Lixin attended to me and she was really nice and professional. No hardselling at all and she even gave me tips and advices to maintain my facial routine. I enjoyed the facial and shoulder massage so much. Had a good 2 hr pampering session and I left feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended!

Was recommended to do a facial cleansing session with Joyce. She was very helpful and clear in explaining to me why and how my face will be cleansed! The session was very well carried out and comfortable to undergo. I even found myself falling asleep haha. Face feels and looks cleaner than before. Overall a very good experience!

Joyce was knowledgable when answering my question. She does not hardsell and only recommend suitable facial skin care steps for me to consider. Got a facial through fave, and added on a laser treatment.
