The quality of the treatment and skill is excellent. However, the most important thing is that I feel very welcome and relaxed, which I look forward to. There are great staff who have been with me for so many years, and I feel comfortable with familiar faces. The long-service staff, Fannie, Tracy, Fifi, and Annie are fantastic. Thank you for maintaining the standard. My monthly facial treatment is enjoyable and rewarding.
