Went here for an underarm hair removal and mani appointment. Happy to discover a place going diode treatment rather than IPL, it’s more effective in my experience. Jojo who did my treatment was very friendly and professional, as was Nicole who did my nails :) The space is beautiful too, they’d like you to buy a package but I declined, whether I will in the future remains to be seen, but I understand they have to try to sell and they were friendly about it and not toooo pushy. Will come back again.

Had a great experience at 3Sixty degree lab. I was served by Sammi and she was very gentle and professional throughout the session. The space was clean, calm, and beautifully set up, making guest feel relaxed. My facial was tailored to my skin type, and she explained every step of the process. I left feeling super refreshed. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality skincare and a bit of pampering.

I really enjoyed my first time here. The staff member who was doing my facial was Ice. She was very friendly and always made sure to make me feel comfortable throughout the facial. Service was very good. Overall, enjoyed my first facial here.

I have been coming to 3Sixty Degree Lab for the past 3 years. My aesthetician, Wendy, is absolutely amazing. Over the last three years, she has handled both my facials and eyebrow embroidery with the utmost professionalism, patience, and meticulous care. I used to struggle with a pretty bad milia seeds problem, but thanks to Wendy’s incredible patience, expertise, and time, my skin has completely cleared up. Beyond her top-notch technical skills, her warm friendliness and excellent customer service make every visit a wonderful experience.
