Went to Toa Payoh branch to enquire on account opening, the staff at the concierge was friendly and courteous. She shared with me what are the required documents and account that is more suitable for my needs.
The online queue system needs some work but excellent service from the uob counter staff. Would definitely do my uob related banking here primarily.
