Advise when visiting this bank outlet:
1) don't queue at the opening hour, usually a there is a long queue in the morning, which usually subsides in the hour.
2) upon receipt of queue ticket, 12 customers were in front. Went for kopi at nearby kopi fellas while waiting. Overall, about 30mins wait, with a kopi.
3) be patient, banks can get crowded, but their staff are friendly n efficient.
