UOB Woodlands

Went to this branch to activate my ATM card and update some account information. The team was very helpful, from the receptionist , the guard to the advisors at the counters. Everything went smoothly and I was done within 20 minutes.

I went to uob woodlands branch to lrefinance housing loan. Ms Sharon was very helpful to explain n help me from applying until I get the loan approved. I m very grateful for such wonderful service she rendered.

I was at Woodlands branch to cancel my credit card because I didn't use it for quite some time. Your staff Ms Lily Lim attended to me. She was very humble and polite. As I was not so IT savy she was very fast and efficient and assisted me through your UOB livechat assist and did a very good job of explaining to me and going through the procedure.
