Staff at the entrance who helped to issue your Q no. were polite and friendly. I went there early and waited about 45mins (12 customers before me). Was served by Maslina(?) at counter 4, she was pleasant and patient with answering any enquiries that i had and she also warmly greeted the old lady before me. To avoid long waiting times, you just have to go earlier to avoid the aftn crowd.

Visited this branch to close an account. Rachel assisted me right at the entrance and Jeannie went the extra mile to complete my request, saving me from making another visit. Had a positive banking experience with such professional and thoughtful staff. Thank you.
