I went to Cecil branch some time last week to enquire about the FD rate. I was attended by this staff, Chris Chen. He was really patient throughout our conversation. I had many queries but he was able to provide me with the relevant information. Although I told him I need to discuss with my husband, he remained friendly and professional till the end of my visit. Really impressive.
